    Default Help!

    I have the Pearl 8130 with Alltel and I just tried to a total power shut down to save battery life and and it no longer will fully shut down. All it does is say that it is turning off but I no longer have the option of full power off. What's wrong?

    Did you try a battery pull to reset then try shutting it down?
