Got Data, now being charged

Hello, as some of you may know, I was recently having problems getting my Data services back on my phone. Well I went into the CDMA settings and erased everything, then reset my phone and changed my phone email to my#@vzw3g.com but now I am being charged, I fell asleep last night with $12.60 on my account, woke up with a text from verizon saying that I have less that 5 dollars, I checked my statement and it says that my phone used up a lot of Data. So i was wondering if there was a way to change my phone settings back to Alltel and still get my data?

Please make sure that you close all apps before going to bed...sometimes if they are running in the background they may eat up your data... I usually turn my phone off at night
