Is there a way to enable full html e-mail on my phone? I've been searching threads and such and cannot find where it says. Also can I have my pearl load all pics in it's native browser instead of little links?

Upgrade your OS.
I had the same problem when I was rolling 4.3, but after upgrading to 4.5...boom there was html emails. You have to resend service books and any new email after that will have full html but not previous ones.

I just upgraded my 8120 (tmobile) from 4.3 to 4.5 with no problem. I have the enterprise exchange set up on it. However, trouble still getting html email. help please

Resend your serrvice books for verizon @ blackberry.com/go/vzw

Check which version of device software is installed with Options / About.

If you have v4.3xx, you will have to upgrade to v4.5xx to get HTML email.
