    Default Enterprise Activation Missing

My workplace has just deployed a BES and I am trying to hook up to it. Yesterday I didn't have much luck, but we made some changed today and I went to try it again, and Enterprise Activation is missing out of Options > Advanced Options. Any idea's from anyone? I checked the BES and it still listed my account as initializing so it didn't "half activate". I have also wiped handheld, as I was intending to to do that anyways and I still have it missing. Look forward to an answer. You guys are awsome.
    Just another addicted newb.

Call Rogers and make sure they have you on a BES plan and not a BIS - if you are on BES get them to resend service books and do a batter pull and try again...but usually if there is no BES activation it's because you are not on a BES plan. Try the battery pull first though if you haven't already!

Once the BES feature is added to your account, it can take anything from 5 minutes - a day to show on your device.

So, like Michele454rocket, said, once they have added it, do a battery pull (wait 1 minute), put the battery back in. Now check it (options / advanced options / enterprise activation). You might even see an icon on the main screen...

Default The location changes with an update

When you install Blackberry Desktop 6.0 for the 9800 (Torch) it requires you to update your phone software and it is REQUIRED! After this update to your phone, things vanish and move to other locations. Its very frustrating. The location of Enterprise Activation after the update is as follows: Go to All, then options (picture of wrench with blue bolt), Device, Advanced System settings, Enterprise Activation. If Enterprise Activation is not there (like my phone), pull the battery, wait a minute, then put battery back in. If it is still not there, contact AT&T and make sure your data plan is set up properly. Once you have is straightened out with AT&T, wait 10 minutes, pull battery (wait 1 min), put battery back in and the option will be there.
