I'm new to that forum and new in the Blackberry world. I have a brand new Pearl 8130, and i cannot send or receive any email, except when I'm connected to my computer.
My company uses BES and MS Outlook 2000 (i know, it's quite old) with Exchange. They took possession of my computer in netmeeting and created a profile on my desktop manager (blackberry connected). They sent test messages wich I received only when my computer was connected.
We tried for 2 days to solve that problem, but no chance. Do you have any idea ???
