Earlier today, I had to remove my e-mail addresses from my BB Pearl 8130 and re-add them as my BB was not receiving e-mails. I have had success, but now I have the star notification on 2 out of my 3 "inboxes" on my home screen, but when I go to check it, there is no unread mail! Is there any way to remove the stars as I usually use those to see which e-mail address has new mail and this is just throwing me off.

Any help is greatly appreacited!

The trusty battery pull will almost always solve these types of small issues. If you have an unread message icon that will not disappear, you can also select Menu>Mark Prior Read at the top of you inbox.

check you saved messages... i had that problem to a message that was unread got saved.....

Just got this with my Curve. tried the battery pull, checked for anything in saved messages, all to no avail. Weird. Any other ideas?

It's definitely a mail message, not Facebook or sms, messenger etc.
