While on a voice call the other party stops hearing me. I can usually still hear them but its as if my phone goes into some sort of mute. I tried switching to speaker phone and they still can't hear me. Pressing buttons doesn't make a sound on my end or theirs. I had the same issues with the first 8120 I had and was sent a replacement.
This used to happen infrequently but now it started occurring 5 times a day!
Maybe I should add that I am using it with T-mobile.
TMO has nothing to do with it. I had the same issue just recently with my 8100. I've read people stating that a upgrade in OS will fix it, but I just changed my mic and now it works perfectly.

No I did it myself. If your not into digging around the guts of your BB, I would suggest having TMO replace it for ya. You should be under warranty, so there should be no problem there.
