I have looked and looked and looked and still cannot find an option to solve this issue. Every time I create or respond to an email from my pearl, it sends the email to the recipient AND to my mailbox. How can I get this to stop?
There's actually quite a few posts on this. The best way is to create a filter in the BIS email account. I created a filter in my gmail but that wasn't enough to stop them.
Login to your BIS account using your computer's internet browser. Then create a filter with something like "to: your email address". That way it "filters" all the items that are sent from your email address and prevents them from going to your phone.
