I need help, I just received a blackberry pear 8110 for christmas and my 3 yr old niece dropped it now the screen is all white. I can call out and receive calls but i can't see anything. I need to text as I have 3 teens.... does anyone know if I replace the screen will that work. I pulled the battery multiple times, have charged it, check for water damage (none). What else could be wrong???? Help I have AT&T but can't call them because the phone was bought on Ebay
