    i tried to download a ringer from a OTA link, the phone read that it was complete, but i have no idea where it's located. ideas on where to look?

    Sorry. First thought that came to mind. Since you downloaded thru ota have you pulled the battery and checked if it shows up?

    I have downloaded from there with no problems. when the save pop up appears see where it is saving it to.

    Do you use your desktop manager to put the ringtones on your BB?
    I use it and it works perfect, I put my ringtones in the ringtone folder and can locate them in my BB through the media.
    Also I make my own.
