I have a sprint pearl but need more internal memory. I already did all the free memory tricks out there but I still need more. Will updating my os to 4.5 give me more memory or she I just get a curve?

No, u will not get more memory. U will get html email though! More options on your music player, and other perks u should do it, regardless of which phone u have!!

The memory limit has been lowered to 5mg, instead of 12mg on 4.3 they have also removed preinstalled wallpapers, languages, a few other things. You will like the update...

The actual hardware will not get more memory but the upgrade will fix bugs that eat your memory.

I found that i have more free memory with 4.5 then with 4.3. I guess the newes OS is more efficient at using whats already there

I have found that my memory seems to leak a little faster than it did before. I used to do a couple of battery pulls per week when memory reached 7mb. Now I do s pull about every day, but overall I do like the upgrade especially docs to go and html email.
