my cousin has the BB pearl 8130 and he has told me that it keeps shutting off on him. he has told me that every time that it shuts off by itself he does a battery pull right after and it seems fine for a while but after he puts it in standby mode and checks on it later its always off. do u guys have any solutions to this. if u did i would be very thankful.
Does he pull the battery with the phone off or on?
He should really try to pull it with the phone on and leave the battery out at least 30 seconds.
Other than that, I'm not really sure why it cuts off. Could be a lot of things, maybe a bad battery/connection. Maybe one of the CB geniuses can help you.
