First, I apologize if someone's answered this somewhere else. I just recently updated my OS to 4.3.0.203 on the Sprint Network. That went smoothly. Unfortunately, the Roxio Media manager no longer "sees" the BB. I tried upgrading to the next version of the Desktop Manager; nothing. Does anyone have a solution other than going back to the old OS (I'm enjoying all that extra memory!)? Thanks in advance for all your help!
