I successfully exported all contacts and I think my calendar to my Pearl, but I have made many changes to the contacts and calendar on the BB. If I sync it, will it go from the BB to my desktop Palm software or will it erase all the new entries on the BB and use what's in the Palm desktop software.

You can set the sync to "export from handheld" so that it will overwrite what's on the desktop. I didn't know that the BB would sync with the Palm software.
