Delay before receiving phone call, trackball stuck

Hello,
I have a Pearl 8100. When someone tries to call me, the screen sticks and the phone rings. I can't answer the call because the phone is still loading. I also have an app called ColorPearl that lights up the trackball whenever I receive a call. When I miss the call (which it always does), the trackball still lights up.

Is there any way I can stop this?

have u tried updatin the OS?

the trackball is lighting up because it is probably emulating what is supposed to happen on the led..

I've updated it from 4.2.1 to 4.5.0.52, then to 4.5.0.55, but the problem persists!
