Default Volume - how to change?

This is what I found on BB website:

1. In the phone application, press the Menu key.
2. Click Options.
3. Click General Options.
4. Change the Default Call Volume field.
5. Press the Menu key.
6. Click Save.

Step 1 no prob
Step 2, there is no Options to "Click"
Had to Click "Setting" then Click "Options"
Step 3, couldn't find "General Options" option! Wanted to throw my phone againts the wall!

Any help!

Which OS and device?
Here's the view from my 8130 with OS 4.5.0.173:

Thescreen shot you have are very different than how mine operates! But the last screen looks familiar. just don't know how to find it!

That's not a Pearl 81xx series OS, they can't run higher than OS 4.5.
What device do you have? Might try that device forum, I went from a Pearl to a Storm and never used 4.6.
