I have had my BB Pearl for a couple of weeks now and I am having a few problems with it. Has anyone else had these problems or do you have some advice for me?
1) I cannot get my calendar to sync from my phone to the PC in Outlook. It will sync from the PC to the BB. I have the options set in the desktop manager to sync it both ways.
2) I cannot send attachments in emails. Pictures or Videos.
3) I cannot open attachments on my BB. Pictures, videos or docs.
4) I downloaded Gridmagic, but it will not allow me to open existing excel documents. Only the ones you create with Gridmagic. IS this correct?
I am having the same exact problems, and have found no help. I have called tech support and they told me they have never had anyone ask that before so they had no answer. fun huh!
