    Certainly. Your BlackBerry is designed to work with Microsoft Outlook. Use Desktop Manager to set up the synchronization.

    I've never used microsoft outlook. So let me ask another question, can I transfer my contacts to microsoft outlook, manage and change them and then sync them back to my BB? Am I understanding you correctly?

    When I do a backup with desktop manager does it save all of my contacts?

    Yes, you are understanding me correctly. Also, BlackBerry will work with other apps besides Outlook, but Outlook is the only one I've ever used.

    I think you can also find a list of other PIMs that BlackBerry supports on that site as well.
