I am unable to call people or connect when someone calls me. When I call someone, it shows it is connecting, and it calls the other person successfully, but I can't hear anything and neither can they when they answer. When someone calls me, I can hear the ring tone but when I answer there's nothing. I have tried re-setting my phone by taking out the battery, but that hasn't worked. I have checked to see if the mobile network is connected, and it is--I can send and receive texts. I am at a loss!! Please help.

Refresh your HRT and resend your service books as described in thi thread: How to Resend Service Books

If these options don't restore your service, and you've already done a battery pull, call your carrier's Customer Service. You've done all you can do.
