    I've had my Pearl 8130 since Feb. and everything has always worked...MMS, Web, etc. About a month ago I had the phone number changed and now I can't send or receive pics or access the web. The data side is just not working. This happened the day the phone number was changed...everything else working correctly. I've talked myself to death to verizon tech support 3 different times. Service books has been sent several times but icons are still missing....Host Routing Table has no entries, He asked if Provisioning (Provisioning) is showing up in service books and it's not. I'm not very saavy when it comes to stuff like this...I'm just repeating a few things tech support went over. Everything that they can think of has been done....so they say. I've searched around here quite a bit but couldn't find anything like the problem I'm having. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Keep pushing it up the tech support chain, it has to be on their end.
