Can't use email settings

When I try to log in to e-mail settings on my pearl 8130 i get this error

Please click below to try again.
Access Another Email Account

Clicking the link just brings me back to the same screen.

I am aware I can log in on my pc and add/change emails but I would like to have access from my device also.

Are you attempting to log in via your BB's Browser or using the Email Setup app?
A step-by-step of what you've done so far might help us to figure what else to try.

Sorry just can't remember the layout of OS 4.5 anymore!
But I still have an 8130 at the office. I can fire it up tomorrow if you have found your answers by then.
