Anybody know why I can't send a text while I'm on the phone talking to someone? On screen there is the arrows that are not blinking or anything. They're just steady on. I have Alltell and the Pearl 8130. Is this a problem with the network or the phone in general?

On the CDMA devices, Voice and Data do not transmit simultaneously.

You may still receive messages on a call, but can only transmit one or the other at any given time.
