 Cant reply to sms messages!! opertaor barring...
i have a black berry pearl 8120 and im currently roaming, ive been traveling for the best month and a half and I can always txt message with no problem until yesterday, every time i try to reply a txt message im unable to and this message appears "Operator determined barring" what does that mean? and how can I fix it? I can still recieve txt messages but i cant reply to them...  |
