Hi I am trying to connect my 8130 to my computer for the first time. I have the disks that came with it and trying to install but keep getting an error saying the computer cannot find the devide on the COM port.

Notes: I am on the Verizon network and this is a used phone so I need support here.

first question would be are you using desktop manager 4.7 if so their are some glitches for it.

please let us know which DM and Pearl Os you are currently using so we can assist you further
