what do you mean by activate it? like when someone is calling and your on the other line how do you answer it? or do you not have it and want to know how to activate it. cuz if you want to know how to answer if your on the phone and someone else calls just press the send button and when your finished press send again to switch back over to the other person whom you put on hold
Wanting to know how to switch over when someone is calling, and to turn the feature on. I have it on my plan. Missed a call today while I was on the phone and it did not beep.
I have the same problem. I had a pearl 8100 and when a call came in I was given three options: Take the Call and hold the current one, Take the call and hang up on the current one, or ignore. Now I am given only accept or ignore. If I accept the call the screen changes to see the call from the newest caller. When I hit the green button the screen does not switch to show the other callers info. This is how it used to work on the 8100 but not the 8130. Also I don't see anything in the menu during two calls (one on hold) to switch back and forth. I just need to hit the green button.
Just another thing to add: When I am on one call and there is one on hold and I hang up the screen goes back to the home screen. The phone then acts like the caller that was holding is calling back. Very strange and it doesn't seem correct or intuitive.
