Hi, I have a BB Pearl 8120 and I don't know why the call records delete all the numbers sometimes. Do you know how can I enable this option? Sorry for my english but it isn't my native language.

In Spanish for somebody: Cada cierto tiempo el registro de llamadas elimina todas las entradas o al menos las desaparece y no se como hacer para verlas y eliminar esta acci�n.

This is a common memory issue.

go to options > status and look at "File Free"
If it is less than 12,xxx,xxx then you have a problem

Take your battery out while the phone is on, leave it
out for about a minute, put it back and check your
file free again.

At some point you may want to think about following
the steps in this guide to free up some memory.
