I got a Motorola Bluetooth for christmas and was told that it would work on my Pearl. I am trying to pair them up, but my phone keeps saying, "No new devices found." I have them sitting right next to each other, the blue light on the blue tooth is on....

Am I doing anything wrong?!?
Or...is the bluetooth not compatiable with my phone?

Hmm...the blue tooth should work, i have a motorola as well. Did you follow the instructions on how to pair them? I suggest to just keep trying, sometimes it takes a few minutes for your phone to find the blue tooth.

No problems with either an HS850 or H500 pairing with my Pearl.

Make sure you read the instructions on the headset. You have to enable it to be found, so your phone sees it.

You may also need to enter a key to pair it with your phone.

Yes, time to break out the headset instructions. You'll need to put the headset in pairing mode so the BB can find it for the first time.. then you'll complete the pairing with a passcode. All this will be specifically explained in the instructions.
