    I've heard upgrading the firmware is difficult for the Z9. Is it? I don't know what version it will be shipped with. Can you tell what version without opening the package. I have two on order. One for me and one for my boss coming from two different places. If they're different versions, I want to keep the latest version and he can upgrade his. He's more computer knowledgeable than I am.
