I wish someone had told me about this... I am having problems creating the account with the user name fro the phone. Can log in, but want to from my computer and it won't let me.
From AT&T website...
IMPORTANT:The Automatic login functionality will no longer work on the device if a BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) account is created or accessed by logging in to the BIS website. This change is not reversible. Users will then be required to specify the BlackBerry Internet Service User name and Password, each time they want to manage the account from the device.
NOTE: All integrated e-mail account status will change to "invalid", users will have to manually validate the account(s).

It's been this way for quite a while, always actually, if I'm not mistaken.
