BlackBerry 8120 Crashed and will not Start! Help!
My BB has been working fine with no problems. Today, after sending a text message the screen on my bb went totally gray. With no functionality, I decided turn off the phone using a button reset. When this did not work, I pulled the battery. After I pulled the battery, the BB will no longer show ANYTHING on the screen when I try to turn it on. However, when I plug the phone into a wall charger or the usb, the LED will go red, and eventually, green. While plugged into the USB, destop manager can recognize the blackberry and all its contents. I tired reloading the OS with the apploader in DM to no avail. I took out the battery and placed it in another BB, which booted fine, so I do no think it is the battery. Also, no other lights (keyboard, camera,) or sounds are functioning, so I dont think it is the screen. Any ideas, thoughts, or tips? I have no idea what is wrong with my Berry!
Thank You,
Kenny
