I have a refurb Blackberry Pearl 8120 on AT&T that has been working like a champ until this last week. I had been leaving it alone as I was on vacation and came back one day and the enter button on the scroll wheel suddenly turned off. This was not that big of a deal as I just used my enter button instead. Today I realized that my back button did nothing unless I am dialing a number at which time it acts as if it is an asterisk and says beside it the abc symbol. In addition, now if I turn my keyboard lock on it will not let me get it out of keyboard lock and I am forced to hard boot it to get it out of it. ANy help is welcomed, I already tried updating the OS.
