Hello,

I downloaded BBSmart Alarms Pro and love it. I am having one problem though. When I have a set alarm go off at a certain time and my handset is locked, it rings the alarm, I go to turn dismiss the alarm, and it then asks me for the password to my device. It then freezes for awhile and eventually comes to the home screen as though nothing had happened. No place for me to dismiss the alarm unless I go into the actual program itself and set it off. If i do not do that the phone thinks I am snoozing and keeps going off every 5 minutes. So my question is, once I unlock my BB as the alarm is going off where is the dismiss button on phone? Why is it not showing up on the screen as it usually does? Do i manually have to go in and do it myself through the program. I sure hope not, I never did when i tested it out and the keyboard was not locked. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
