BB Pearl 8110 goes hang...

my BB Pearl 8110 hangs,
1, if the battery is charged to full!! even if charged switched off...
2, if i store morethan 300mb to my 1GB media card... i tried many cards...
after its hung, it works only if i remove n insert the battery...

i tried upgrading OS, restoring, wiping... now i dont know next is what...

plz help...

anybody here with same problem?

no I am having a great time with my pearl I had a 4gb card before which broke, now am using 2GB ad all is swell, almost full with map, and music on board. The latest one 4.5.0.174 release is definitely worth the upgrade, how did you upgrade yours? I followed one of the member's advise here by doing a battery pull after a fresh load, then load my apps.
