I generally do not close the conversations in BB Messenger, and all of the sudden they are starting to close themselves. I don't know the timing, because I will go back to re-read something and they will be gone.
I did a battery pull and, because I have no idea of the timing of my messages being deleted, I'm not sure if that worked.
However, now I am not receiving my emails... I've tried sending the service books again and still nothing.
