Noticed this a few days ago where the BB does not recoginize there is an attachement in the email ....so NO "open attachement"
What is wrong and how to fix ????/
Go to: Options > Advanced Options > Applications > check to see if BlackBerry Attachment Service is on the list.
If it is not there, you will need to connect the device to a pc and run Desktop Manager, open the Application Loader and put a check mark in the BlackBerry Attachment Service box.
After you have closed the program, disconnect the device and go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > menu key > Register Now
After you receive the conformation the the device has been registered, pull the battery and replace after 30 seconds.
When the device reboots, the BB Attachment Service will be on the App list and you should be good to go.
