    All,

    I've read several threads here with users unable to connect with the 8120. I've had the phone for a few days and have been unable to connect ANYWHERE.

    I've tried 7 different routers in different locations (some open, some with WEP, some with WPA). I've gotten the same W010 "WiFi Connection Failed" error each time.

    I'm thinking it's got to be the BB and not the routers.

    Any suggestions?

    W010 - Wi-Fi Connection Failed
    The BlackBerry smartphone is not in range of the Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi network signal is weak, or the BlackBerry smartphone has incorrect security settings for the Wi-Fi network.
    If you have your own router, try resetting it back to the factory defaults. If you can connect with an open router, introducing security is simple.
