Battery Pull vs Memory Card?
hello, just a quick question. Everyone says that if your BB starts deleting text messages n such you need to do a battery pull so that you can have more memory, since if it becomes full it starts deleting things. But if I buy a 1 gb memory card for my Pearl and my texts, pics, etc. will be saved on that, does that mean i don't need to do a battery pull?

Regrettably not. BlackBerrys cannot store other than Media on the er, Media Card. Device Memory is scrosanct and you should make every effore to keep stuff out of it. However anything that "runs" on the BalckBerry has to be in Device Memory.
Here on CarckBerry we have several techniques for regaining memory and I advise reading at least this one

If you have more question, just ask but I would buy a bigger Maedia Card that 1Gb today as bigger cards are very cheap.
You need to do battery pulls from time to time - once a week, maybe.
