I transferred some MP3 files to my BB using Roxio included with the Desktop Manager. The files transferred ok then disappeared a couple days later. I even tried deleting them and re-adding them. Still nothing. Any suggestions of what could have happened?
Don't use the media manager. Use your Blackberry desktop software to connect to your device only. Once you are connected, open up the music folder on your device and drag and drop your media. This should resolve that issue.
