    alright, so i've been pretty irritated because I can't receive picture messaging and I keep getting annoying spam in my text inbox. So I called Alltel and they told me to do an upgrade.. so I went to software.alltel.com, downloaded the program and had my phone plugged in the whole time, but I am still not receiving picture messages, still getting spam, and I see no sign of an upgrade. Anything I'm doing wrong?!
