I installed the IM+ application through my Pearl this morning and now it won't stop rebooting.

I tried JL Commander, nothing.

Anyone have a link for an OS that I can load on with? I have read that I need to reload my OS, but I have no idea where to find it. I'm with Telus here in Alberta...

I have the command prompt open... my application loader is now open... but I need an .alx or an .ali to file to continue.

Help.

I am a Sprint Blackberry Advanced Technical Support Specialist, Yes the BB's can take several minutes to reboot... Expecially after reloading the handheld software(OS).
