Does anyone know how answer another incoming call while you are on another call from this headset, I can't seem to find out how to do this. I have even printed out the owners manual.
Probably just hit the Green send key on the phone just like without the headset.. Don't know if you can actually use a button on the headset.. but I don't have any experience with your headset

Actually, Sily12 is correct. I do this all the time on my 520. It works great. I have other issues with the 520 but call switching via the BB 8310 handset is not one of them.
