I understood that individual ringtones could be allocated to different people in my Address Book. Can anyone provide a step by step guide how to do it - I already have the ringtones on the Media Card.
Sure. Go to your address book and find the contact that you would like to add have a personal ringtone for. Hit the menu button. (to the left of the trackball) And go down and click add custom ringtone. That should do it for you.
