I am very happy all the new updates have been released.... Too bad none of the work for my BB pearl 8120. Has anyone tried downloading any of the new updates? (other than myself)

I am under the impression that the new updates for Facebook and stuff aren't ACTUALLY updates. All they are is making those apps compatible with OS 5.0. (If you think about it, the version of Facebook you should be running is 1.6.0.21, so all Facebook 1.6.0.22 would be looking at is the compatibility issue.)

Does that make sense?

Facebook just allows for installation on every os including 5.0

The updates for Aim, Yahoo, google, Windows they are suppose to be 4.5+ but will not install on the curve and pearl for some reason that is probably based on a certain version of 4.5+

aim and yahoo both installed perfectly
