Default Adding images and music files

Hi. I have a bb 8100 and i was wondering how to add music files and images to my phone so that i can set a certain image as my background and a music file as my ringtone.

If you have a media card inserted it should prompt for mass storage mode once plugged in. From there its a simple drag and drop into the folders.

ie. Blackberry > Music
Blackberry > Pictures

After unplugging your phone go to media, select pictures and go and open the picture you want for background and menu > set as background.

Media > Music, highlight the music you want for your ringtone, select menu and set as ringtone

I just tried it. However, it is still not working. When I go to music, the only thing that shows is the "preloaded media folder" and that goes for picutres as well.
