ok so i followed all the steps in adding contacts to my BB messenger but when it comes to adding contacts pin in the address book theres no pin option... and the other way was to go to the top of the list of the address book and go to "use once" but it only says email... what happened to the pin option?

Go to the contact and hit edit. It is under where you add numbers and email. It says PIN.
