8810 won't stay on!!

My Pearl 8810 won't stay on. If I talk on it for more than 3 minutes, it just shuts off. It won't turn back on unless it is on a charger. And sometimes when I turn it back on, it will go from being fully charged before it shut off, to being almost completely dead (low battery.) What should I do????? It's driving me crazy!

Might be a battery problem try replacing it

look like battery is no good...
(there is no 8810 only 8800 8820 8830)
