I could not access the Sprint site for a couple of days after I created all of the accounts on the actual device first. Then all of a sudden a few days later (and ever since) I could.
I don't remember what error message the BIS site was giving me on the PC.

Okay now I have everything working.... But my inbox on email on the phone is showing 2 messages new, but nothing in there.

Try removing the battery and check to see if it is a call log or SMS that is unopend.
