I downloaded a ringtone from the Crackberry site and twice now it indicates that it saved the ringtone but for the life of me, I cannot find it in ringtones or music on my Pearl. Anyone have an idea where I can find it?

Just look in all media files and folders. check device memory, media card (if you have one) everwhere.

Media > Ringtones > My Ringtones. It should be there.

I have been encountering the same problem. The first time I downloaded ringtones it worked flawlessly, but today when I downloaded a ringtone it saved but I just cant find it in any of my media files. Is there anywhere else it could be stored??

Try Pullin The Battery And Looking For Them Again... It Could Just Mean That You Dobnt Have Enough Memory Thats Y They Arent Saving Correctly.
