8130 modem issues/drivers/updates

I have a 8130 Pearl that I have "flashed" from Verizon to Cricket. I have internet service on the phone through Cricket. I'm trying to figure out how to use my phone as a modem, and am having problems with this. I have been trying to use PDA Net, my pc tells me that PDA Net is ready to connect, but when I try to download the software onto the phone from "junefabrics.com/bb" getting a msg on the phone that says "The item you selected cannot be displayed. Do you wish to save the item?" if i click YES, it gives me an option to save, so I save it and it shows "PdaNetBB130x64.exe, File System full."

I understand that I need to add the driver/s to my pc also, and cannot get this to work either. I feel completely ignorant here....I'm pretty savvy with the computer, so I should be able to figure this out on my own.
