I was looking at my new BB (new to the BB scene) and I couldn't find my browsers. Then I found a switch apps selection and was able to click on browser but now it says.

Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries.

What do I do? I would like to try surfing the web with it or using the Yahoo Chat program I installed. Also how do you set up like a G-Mail or Hotmail e-mail account on your BB

You need to send your service books from alltels web site look for bb email options

Oh I forgot to ask you do have a data plan right ?

And once you send those you can use the set up wizard to set up your email

I should have a data plan I payed for one... I might double check that then the alltel site later thank you

Also where is BB E-mail option or what ever on the alltel website?

You have to log into your account on there I'm not exactly sure where its at on alltel
